About Dalmore
In 2002, the owners of Dry Run Farm subdivided part of their land into 13 lots. To ensure that homes met the community standard, and to protect the interest of Dry Run and its new neighbors, the Dalmore HOA was born! Our lots range from 10 acres to 100+ with a wide variety of custom homes built from 2002 through 2024.
Our HOA fees cover the upkeep of our roads, landscaping of common areas, sign maintenance, and community insurance.
